By accessing or purchasing from Grooveplant (grooveplant.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

All products sold on Grooveplant are physical vinyl records. Product descriptions, artwork, and track listings are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated release dates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. In case of significant delay you may request a full refund.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Costs and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Grooveplant is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@grooveplant.com within 14 days of receipt with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for items that are not defective.
